The user acquires this condition by downloading and using the application. By accessing the APP, the user acknowledges having accepted and consented unreservedly to these terms of use and privacy policy.

The APP has been developed to help users track, analyze, understand, and reduce their snoring. SnoreCare functions as a comprehensive snoring management system by:
- Recording and analyzing sleep audio throughout the night
- Correlating snoring patterns with user-logged lifestyle factors and remedies
- Providing personalized insights and sleep analysis
- Offering guided exercises to strengthen mouth, throat, and tongue muscles
- Providing educational content about snoring and sleep health
- Including a risk assessment tool for potential sleep apnea symptoms
- Offering an AI-powered companion for personalized advice and support
IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER:
SnoreCare is NOT a medical device and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including but not limited to sleep apnea or other sleep disorders. The APP is designed for wellness, educational, and tracking purposes only.
The APP does NOT:
- Replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Provide medical diagnoses of any kind
- Detect or diagnose sleep apnea or other sleep disorders
- Function as a medical monitoring device
- Replace consultation with qualified healthcare providers
- Substitute for sleep studies conducted in clinical settings
Users should:
- Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers with questions about medical conditions
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of APP content
- Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program
- Seek immediate medical attention if experiencing serious symptoms
- Understand that the apnea risk assessment is a screening tool only, not a diagnostic tool
The content and features provided through the APP (hereinafter the “SERVICES”) are for informational and wellness purposes only.
3. COMPATIBLE DEVICES
The APP is available for download on Google Play (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS). The user acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable terms and conditions regarding obtaining, downloading and updating the APP that these application stores respectively determine.
Device Requirements:
- Microphone access (required for audio recording)
- Sufficient storage space for audio files
- Compatible operating system version
- Stable power source or charging capability for overnight recording
4. GETTING STARTED

All information can be modified at any time through the Profile settings.

Free Version includes:

SnoreCare Plus (Premium) includes:
- Unlimited nightly audio recordings
- In-depth snoring analysis and detailed metrics
- Complete snoring timeline and all recordings playback

- Ability to download and share recordings
- In-depth sleep reports for healthcare providers
- Complete library of expert articles and educational content

4.4 Subscription Options
Users can subscribe to SnoreCare Plus through:
- 3-Day Free Trial (for first-time subscribers)
- Yearly Subscription (billed annually)
Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app purchase systems.
5. METHOD OF USE
5.1 Setting Up a Sleep Session
Before Bed:
- Place phone near bed (within 3 feet recommended)
- Ensure phone is charging or has sufficient battery
- Launch APP and tap “Start Recording”
- Configure session settings:
- Delayed Start: Set timer to begin recording after falling asleep
- Audio Quality: Choose low, standard, or high quality
- Sleep Sounds: Optional ambient sounds to aid sleep onset
Logging Factors & Remedies: Before starting, users can log:
- Snoring Factors: Activities or conditions that may affect snoring (alcohol consumption, late meals, stress, sleeping position, nasal congestion, etc.)
- Remedies Tried: Interventions being tested (side sleeping, nasal strips, mouth tape, positional devices, dietary changes, etc.)
This data helps correlate actions with snoring outcomes.
5.2 During Sleep
The APP records audio throughout the night using the device’s microphone. The APP:
- Detects and analyzes snoring sounds
- Records intensity and duration
- Creates timestamps for snoring events
- Monitors overall sleep duration
Important: Keep phone plugged in and on a stable surface near the bed.
5.3 Morning Analysis (Insights Screen)
After waking, users can review their night’s data:

5.7 Profile & Settings
Users can:
- View and edit personal information
- Manage subscription
- Access recording history
- Adjust notification preferences
- Configure audio settings
- Review privacy settings
- Export data for healthcare providers
- Delete account and data
6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1 APP Ownership
The intellectual and industrial property rights over the APP are owned by Apparent Group Limited, which has exclusive rights to exploit them in any form, including:
- APP design, interface, and user experience
- Software code and algorithms
- Audio analysis technology and AI models
- Exercise programs and video content
- Educational content and articles
- Trademarks, logos, and branding
- Data visualization and reporting features
The user acknowledges that unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, commercialization, decompilation, disassembly, reverse engineering, or any attempt to obtain source code constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights.
6.2 User Content and Data
User-Generated Content: Users create and provide various types of content through the APP:
- Audio recordings of sleep and snoring
- Logged factors and remedies
- Health information and questionnaire responses
- Exercise completion data
- Notes and comments
- Goals and preferences
User Rights: Users retain ownership of their original input data (logged factors, notes, etc.). However, audio recordings created through the APP’s technology are processed using our proprietary algorithms.
License Grant to SnoreCare: By using the APP, users grant Apparent Group Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Process and analyze audio recordings using our technology
- Store data on secure servers
- Use anonymized, aggregated data for APP improvement
- Train and enhance AI models and audio analysis algorithms
- Conduct research to improve snoring detection and analysis
- Generate personalized insights and recommendations

Anonymized data cannot be traced back to individual users and does not include personally identifiable information.
Data Deletion: Users can delete their account and data at any time through APP settings. Upon deletion:

- Audio recordings are permanently deleted
- Aggregated, anonymized data used in research may remain (cannot be linked back to you)

Users are responsible for:
- Informing sleeping partners about audio recording

- Losing consciousness

Do not rely on APP in emergency situations.

Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apparent Group Limited’s total liability for any claims related to SnoreCare shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

- Decisions made based on APP insights
- Lost sleep or continued snoring
- Relationship problems

11. TERMINATION
11.1 By User
You may terminate your account by:
- Deleting APP from device
- Canceling subscription through app store settings

Effect:
- Loss of all data and recordings (permanent deletion)
- Loss of Premium features
- Loss of progress and history
- No refund for current subscription period (except as required by law)
11.2 By SnoreCare
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violations of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of service
- Illegal activity
- Recording others without consent
- Security risks
- Non-payment
Effect:
- Immediate loss of access
- No refund of subscription fees
- Deletion of data per retention policy
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Access to APP ceases immediately
- Data deletion begins (completed within 30 days)
- Anonymized research data may remain
- Outstanding payments still due
- Certain provisions survive (liability limitations, indemnification)
12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
